Mobile DC Charging

UON DC-FC Mobile — 120–360 kW

The UON DC-FC Mobile is a trailer-mounted battery and DC fast-charging system built for sites without reliable grid access. It stores energy on board and dispenses it on demand, with a detachable tractor base so the unit can be towed to site and left in place as a standalone charger. Liquid-cooled and rated to IP54/IP67, it’s engineered for mining, construction and other remote or grid-constrained operations across Australia.

Key features:

  • 120 kW to 360 kW DC output – the UON DC-FC Mobile comes in 120 kW to 360 kW charging options depending on battery size, delivered as a single gun or split across two guns simultaneously.
  • 100 kWh, 200 kWh or 400 kWh onboard LFP battery options, rated for 5,000+ cycles at 90% depth of discharge / 80% end-of-life.
  • No grid connection required – charge off-site and relocate, or replenish on site via AC or CCS input.
  • 100 kW of industrial AC output for tools, site sheds and auxiliary power.
  • Built for harsh conditions – liquid-cooled thermal management from −20°C to 60°C, IP54 enclosure, IP67 battery compartment, and a four-level fire safety system with flame-retardant insulation.
  • CCS1/CCS2 compatible with 7 m charging cables, 10″ touchscreen HMI and OCPP 1.6J for network and billing integration.
  • Optional mine & industrial package – reinforced steel panelling, high-visibility markings, reinforced lift points and sealed, dust/water-protected charging cradles.

System Application

How the UON DC-FC Mobile Fits Your Site

The UON DC-FC Mobile can draw its charge from solar (PV string), a generator, an existing charging station or the grid, storing it onboard for on-demand DC fast charging — no dependence on any single power source. It charges cars, trucks and construction vehicles directly, and can also serve as backup power for factories, residences and data centres, or emergency power for disaster relief and event sites. OCPP over 4G connects it to a remote server for monitoring and firmware upgrades from anywhere.
