The charging stations at a commercial office building is primarily for the employees and the visitors of businesses operating in the building. The charging stations can be set either to be used by the employees only with free corporate access,  or for visitors and employees with paid access.

ChargeStar recommends a mix of AC and DC charging stations in the car park to cover a wide range of EV charging requirement.  It would not be an ideal situation where a fully charged Electric vehicle occupies a charging bay for multiple hours, and the visitors do not get to use charging stations. The mix of AC and DC station ensures effective and efficient use of charging stations and parking bays.
