Fleets

The adoption of EVs as fleet vehicle is increasing in the public sector and commercial organisations. The charging station needs to match the characteristics of fleet vehicle movement. Some fleet vehicles are used only during normal business hours and can be charged overnight. Whereas,  some fleet vehicles are continuously used by different shift drivers and require fast charging.

We recommend an AC charging station for overnight parked fleet vehicle and a DC charging station for continuously used fleet vehicles. A mix of AC and DC charging stations is recommended where there is a requirement for both overnight charging and fast charging.
