Do you want to enable employees to charge at home? And also record the charging processes to the exact kilowatt hour? That’s exactly the reason why we have developed charge.fleet! Adapted to the individual requirements of employers, this software solution enables you as a full-service provider to record, bill and reimburse charging processes at private charging stations.
Once the wallbox is installed at home, the employee authenticates himself with an RFID card or our WhiteLabel app* and charges the electric company car. The consumption of electricity is initially billed via the employee’s household electricity bill.
Every month, the employee receives a detailed receipt for the charging processes carried out at home and the resulting reimbursement amount. The amount of the reimbursement can be individually defined.
The employer also receives a monthly, automatically generated, detailed collective receipt for the charging processes recorded. This collective receipt enables the correct reimbursement of the home charging transactions by the employer’s accounting or HR department.
